An Open Doors Day for future power engineers was held at Tambovenergo

The next Open Doors Day was held at the branch “Rosseti Centre Tambovenergo” for students of the Institute of Energy, Instrument Engineering and Radio Electronics of the TSTU.

The guys got acquainted with the Tambovenergo branch, which will celebrate its 60th anniversary in December next year, began at the Museum of the Tambov Energy System, where the company’s specialists told them about the stages of energy development in the Tambov region: from a torch to an incandescent lamp, about the history of the creation and development of the region’s energy system, and about the people who stood at its origins.

Director of Tambovenergo Nikolay Bogomolov addressed the audience: “Tambovenergo has a rich history and work traditions. Today you have the opportunity to get acquainted with the work of the enterprise from the inside out, ask specialists questions of interest, and see how our team lives. It is pleasant to note that for many years we have been linked by close and fruitful cooperation. Our team successfully employs your graduates, and future specialists practice in the walls of Tambovenergo. Their successes and achievements are part of our common work and interaction, which will undoubtedly only become stronger in the future!”, he emphasized.

Tambovenergo annually holds open door days for students of schools, higher and secondary educational institutions of the Tambov region, with the aim of attracting promising young specialists to the enterprise and popularizing the power engineering profession among students and schoolchildren.
