The branch “Rosseti Centre Kurskenergo” continues systematic work to collect debts for electricity transmission services using all legal mechanisms.
The most problematic category of debtors are utilities, their debt is 116 million rubles. Since the beginning of the year, the branch’s specialists have filed 145 claims to collect debts from non-payers to courts of various instances. To date, 69 of them have been satisfied in the amount of 84 million rubles.
When collecting debt in court, non-payers are also charged penalties for late payments in accordance with Article 3 of Federal Law No. 307 of 3 November 2015. So, Kurskenergo won lawsuits to collect debt from debtors of JSC Kurskoblvodokanal and REK LLC (city of Zheleznogorsk). In addition to the main debt of the enterprises of 66 million rubles, a penalty in the amount of 7 million rubles is subject to recovery.
Please, be reminded that, in accordance with the federal law, interest is accrued on overdue debts for electricity transmission services: 1/130 of the refinancing rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation, valid on the day of actual payment, from the amount unpaid on time for each day of delay.
Repayment of receivables is today one of the main tasks of Kurskenergo. The recoverable funds for the rendered electricity transmission services are used to implement the main production programs of the branch and increase the reliability of energy supply to consumers in the region.
