In Kursk, in the House of Trade Unions, winners of the contest “Best Collective Agreement”, organized by the Federation of Trade Union Organizations of the Kursk Region, were awarded. The winner’s diploma in the nomination “Extrabudgetary organizations with more than 1,000 employees” was awarded to the Kursk branch of Rosseti Centre.
The collective agreement of the company covers all areas of interaction between the employer and the employee, regulates issues of social and labour relations, providing additional benefits and guarantees to employees of the enterprise. A significant role in the document is assigned to the provision of social support measures for staff. The branch reimburses expenses for summer holidays of children of employees, resort treatment of employees.
Particular attention is paid to insurance - Kurskenergo’s employees are participants in the voluntary medical insurance program. Each employee can get a wide range of medical services for free, including various types of medical examinations, inpatient, outpatient and dental services. In addition, under the agreement, the branch provides assistance to industry veterans, retirees, young professionals, and employees who find themselves in a difficult life situation.
A significant contribution to the branch’s ongoing social policy is made by the trade union organization, which protects the rights and interests of workers, creates good working and leisure conditions for them, and pays great attention to promoting a healthy lifestyle. With the support of the trade union organization, Kurskenergo regularly hosts sports and creative events for employees and their children.
