Employees of the branch “Rosseti Centre Tverenergo”: Ilya Kozlov, a leading specialist of the prospective development department, Egor Vinogradov, an engineer of the substation service section of the Tver production base, and Vladimir Stepanov, an engineer of the grid connection department, as part of the combined team of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region presented the global forecast for the development of the fuel and energy complex at the REW Youth Day 2019. The project ranked second in the category of work among organizations.
The guys worked on the forecast for almost half a year and, teaming up with other winning teams, presented a general youth forecast, which identifies the most urgent strategic objectives of the fuel and energy complex of the Russian Federation, global and regional challenges that the fuel and energy complex will face in the future, as well as the main tools of state support and stimulation of innovative activity.
Active members of Tverenergo’s Youth Council also took part in the REW Youth Day. The guys attended a meeting with the Minister of Energy of the Russian Federation Alexander Novak and the Minister of Science and Higher Education of the Russian Federation Mikhail Kotyukov, attended an interactive session on the formation of youth projects, a session on the best practices for youth participation in the framework of the festival #TogetherBrighter and the final session “Energy of Youth Initiatives 2020”.
“Grandiose - so I can describe the impressions of visiting the REW Youth Day 2019. The scope of this event was very impressive. Participation in the team of Rosseti Centre and Rosseti Centre and Volga Region presented excellent opportunities for the exchange of experience with colleagues, as well as for enhancing the corporate spirit,” said Ilya Kovtunov, an engineer of the relay protection and emergency automation department, Chairman of the Youth Council of Tverenergo.
“The REW Youth Day is always an interesting and significant event for young specialists in the field of energy, which makes it possible to assess the development potential of the fuel and energy complex of Russia and other countries. This year a new format of lectures appeared - an open lecture hall, which facilitates the exchange of experience. The dialogue on an equal footing with Alexander Novak and Mikhail Kostyukov was very informative and useful for understanding the prospects and development trends,” Oksana Lovtsova, an engineer of the metrology and power quality department, shared her impressions.
