Employees of the branch “Rosseti Centre Tambovenergo”*, members of the Youth Council, took part in a city cleanup event organized as part of the All-Russian Environmental Cleanup Event “Green Russia”. The purpose of the event was to clean up the city - a place of recreation for Tambov residents living nearby.
Tambovenergo’s employees determined a playground and an alley for cleaning up, where Tambov residents walk and play with children every night. The power engineers worked smoothly and quickly and put the territory in order in just a couple of hours, collecting a total of about 20 bags of various rubbish.
“I participate regularly in cleanup events. It’s nice to walk around the clean city, relax in the park with your family. For our part, we urge the townspeople to clean up after rest in public places, because this is our city,” stressed Nadezhda Ilyicheva, the deputy chair of the Youth Council, a leading specialist in the public relations department of Tambovenergo.
“The cleanup event is an ecological team building, which allows to unite the team, raise the corporate spirit and improve the psychological climate. Joint cleaning not only benefits the nature around us, but also creates conditions for informal communication and allows colleagues to get to know each other better. It has long been known that nothing unites people like working together for the common good,” stressed Nikolay Bogomolov, Deputy General Director - Director of the branch “Rosseti Centre Tambovenergo”.
* From June 2019, all companies of the transmission and distribution grid complex in corporate and marketing communications, as well as on all corporate identity carriers will use the new name containing the Rosseti trademark and regional or functional binding.
