Governor of the Kursk region Roman Starovoit at the solemn meeting dedicated to the Day of the city of Kursk presented the state award to Alexey Kirienkov, a dispatcher of the operational and technological service of the Grid Control Centre of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kurskenergo”.
On the basis of the Decree of the President of the Russian Federation, he was awarded the Medal of the Order “For Merit to the Fatherland of the Second Degree” for active labour activity and many years of conscientious work.
Alexey Kirienkov has been working at Kurskenergo for over 27 years. He took an active part in the implementation of large projects of the branch related to the operational dispatch control of equipment and power lines of 35-110kV. In particular, he participated in operational switching during commissioning after installation of modern equipment at the 110 kV substations Rodniki, Kotelnaya and Centralnaya.
Over the past ten years, under his leadership, targeted programs were implemented to replace obsolete equipment of substations and power lines of 35-110 kV. Repeatedly with his direct participation, technological violations in electric grids were eliminated with the least losses for the enterprise.
As a specialist with great practical experience, Alexey Kirienkov shares it with young power engineers of the branch. The state award was the highest rating of labour merits of Alexey Kirienkov.
