Dmitry Prokhorov, Deputy General Director - Director of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo”, held an extended meeting with deputy directors of the branch for directions, chiefs of Distribution Zones, departments and services, during which he heard reports on the main areas of production activities and discussed priorities. The production meeting was attended by Deputy Chief Engineer for Operational-Technological and Situational Management - Head of the Department of Operational-Technological and Situational Management of Rosseti Centre, PJSC Yaroslav Yurikov.
Opening the meeting, Dmitry Prokhorov focused on the fact that a digital transformation program is being implemented in the service area of the Kostromaenergo branch. Currently, work is underway on the construction of a city control centre on the basis of City Distribution Zone, the creation of a digital Distribution Zone on the basis of Nerekhtsky Distribution Zone, and the construction of the Unified Grid Control Centre.
During the indicated period, the branch fulfilled in full all the planned measures of production activities. The volume of joint operation net supply of electricity for the first half of 2019 amounted to 1,211,814.3 thousand kWh. A comprehensive overhaul of five substations of 35-110 kV was carried out, 292 transformer substations of 6-10/0.4 kV were repaired, 912.6 hectares of routes were cleared from wood and shrubby vegetation, their expansion was carried out by 5.94 hectares.
Under the investment program, 82 km of 110-0.4 kV power lines were reconstructed during the reporting period. The amount of funds for six months were 164 million rubles. As part of the work on connection of facilities of the Kostroma region to the branch’s grids for this period, 1,384 agreements on connection for a total capacity of 22 MW were completed.
Based on the results of the work done, the branch’s director Dmitry Prokhorov thanked the power engineers for their professionalism in organizing the work on liquidating the consequences of the natural disaster in Kologrivsky district of the Kostroma region. The chief of Kologrivsky Distribution Zone Alexey Sorokin was awarded with an honorary diploma of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo”.
As a result of the production activities of the first half of 2019, the staff of Makaryevsky Distribution Zone was the most successful, for which they were awarded the Honorary Challenge Cup of the branch.
In addition, according to the results of the All-Russian contest “Leaders of Energy 2019”, four employees of Kostromaenergo were awarded certificates of finalists of PJSC Rosseti and certificates for annual access to the electronic library Lit Res.
Meetings with the chiefs of Distribution Zones are held in Kostromaenergo regularly. “Bottlenecks” that require careful study are identified at them, ways to resolve issues arising in the process of the branch’s activity are outlined.
At the end of the meeting, Yaroslav Yurikov, Deputy Chief Engineer for Operational-Technological and Situational Management - Head of the Department of Operational-Technological and Situational Management of Rosseti Centre, PJSC noted: “Such events allow us to compare goals and objectives, talk about plans and problems. We live in an era of change - this is an opportunity to improve our work, to take a fresh look at all the processes. Today, the Kostromaenergo branch faces urgent tasks. This is the exclusion of injuries to workers and third parties, the reduction in accidents and the reduction of losses, putting things in order at premises of Distribution Zones, and improving the culture of production.”
