A dispatcher of the operational and technological service of the Grid Control Centre of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo” Alexander Vaskov was awarded the Certificate of Honour of PJSC Rosseti for his significant contribution to the development of the electric grid complex and many years of conscientious work. Today, in a festive atmosphere, the prize was awarded by Dmitry Prokhorov, Deputy General Director - Director of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo”. Congratulations were joined by the Acting First Deputy Director - Chief Engineer of the branch Alexander Chutkov and Deputy Chief Engineer for Operational-Technological and Situational Management - Head of the Grid Control Centre Pavel Kolotilov.
Alexander Vaskov has been working at Kostromaenergo for 39 years. He began his career with the post of an operator on duty at a substation, then he was transferred as an electrician for substation maintenance, and since 2007 he was appointed to the position of a dispatcher, where he still works today. The responsibilities of Alexander Vaskov include operational and technological management of equipment of electric grids of 35-110 kV, switching equipment of substations, issuance of permits for preparation of workplaces and for admission of crews for work. Under his leadership, the operational and repair personnel as soon as possible eliminate malfunctions and emergency situations in the electric grids. Thanks to the vast production experience and professional knowledge of Alexander Vaskov, the amount of average time to eliminate technological violations of power supply to consumers is reduced. Earlier, for his many years of conscientious work, Alexander Vaskov was awarded the Certificate of Honour of OJSC “Kostromaenergo” and the Letter of Appreciation from General Director of OJSC IDGC Holding.
Pavel Kolotilov, Deputy Chief Engineer for Operational-Technological and Situational Management - Head of the Grid Control Centre, as the direct manager of Alexander Vaskov, noted the high level of competence, professionalism and responsibility of the power engineer.
