The branch “Rosseti Centre Yarenergo” carried out technical re-equipment of 111 kilometres of 0.4 - 10 kV overhead and cable power lines in Yaroslavlsky, Pereslavlsky, Rybinsky and other districts of the Yaroslavl region. This is 80% of the planned volume of reconstruction of distribution grids in 2019.
As part of efforts to increase the reliability of the region’s power supply for eight months of this year, Yarenergo’s specialists installed 13 new transformer substations of 10/0.4 kV with a total capacity of 1,637 MVA, reconstructed 6 transformer substations of 10/0.4 kV with a total capacity of 0.52 MVA, completed overhaul of 233 transformer substations, checked power supply schemes to ensure the necessary category of reliability of power supply to consumers, increased the grid capacity. All power lines were installed using highly reliable, self-supporting insulated wire.
The maximum amount of work was carried out in the villages of Sarayevo, Polovetskoye, Nila in Pereslavlsky district, Remenye, Mkhi, Panfilovo in Rybinsky district, Prusovo in Yaroslavlsky district and the city of Yaroslavl.
The annual implementation of the plan of the reconstruction program will reduce operating costs, increase the reliability of power equipment and provide a better level of power supply to consumers in the Yaroslavl region.
