The branch “Rosseti Centre Kurskenergo” systematically implements a set of measures to pay off receivables for electricity transmission services.
Since the beginning of this year, the branch’s specialists have filed 122 lawsuits in courts of various instances for a total amount of more than 266 million rubles, 58 claims in the amount of about 70 million rubles have been satisfied. They managed to recover more than 10 million rubles as a result of effective interaction between the power engineers and bailiffs.
Funds received by power engineers from non-payers are primarily used to finance the branch’s production activities.
Kurskenergo will continue to consistently strive to reduce accounts receivable and increase payment discipline of consumers for electricity transmission services, using all the mechanisms provided for by applicable law.
