The branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo” summed up the results of staff training in the first half of 2019. Employees from all production departments of the enterprise, managers of various levels, specialists and office workers - a total of 1,453 people, representing 71.9% of the total number of employees, were given the opportunity to undergo professional training and advanced training. 5.74 million rubles were allocated for these purposes.
Kostromaenergo’s employees improved their professional skills in the field of technical operation of distribution grids, development of digital substations, metrological support of production, operational management, labour protection, safe work at heights.
The training was carried out in specialized institutions of additional and higher education in Moscow, Kostroma, Ivanovo, with which the branch has long and fruitfully cooperated, in particular, in the Kostroma Energy College, Kostroma State University, Ivanovo State Power Engineering University, St. Petersburg Energy Institute of Advanced Studies of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, the educational and methodological office of Rostekhnadzor.
“The concept of training in Kostromaenergo involves continuous education of employees of all categories. Today, innovations are coming into the energy sector, modern technologies are being implemented. Therefore, personnel who work in the industry should constantly improve their competencies, successfully apply new knowledge and skills in practice,” stressed Lyudmila Tkachenko, the head of the human resources department of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo”.
