Oleg Smirnov, the master of a crew for operating transformer substations and distribution points of City Distribution Zone of the first category of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo”, entered the Honour Board of the city of Kostroma for merits in the field of energy in 2019.
Oleg A. Smirnov began his career at the enterprise “Kostromaenergo” in 1989 as an electrician in the distribution grid service, while still a student. During his work, he proved himself to be a competent specialist who perfectly studied the technology of operation and repair of electrical equipment. Oleg Smirnov enjoys well-deserved authority among management, colleagues, subordinate personnel. His successful production activity in the field of energy was noted by the Gratitude of the Ministry of Energy of the Russian Federation, Certificate of Honour of the branch “Kostromaenergo”.
The opening ceremony of the Kostroma City Honour Board was held as part of events dedicated to the celebration of the 75th anniversary of the founding of the Kostroma Region and Kostroma City Day. Citizens, who were awarded the entry to the Honour Board, were given certificates of merit in the field of their professional activities.
