Hotline of power engineering specialists:
A leading specialist of the PR department Nadezhda Ilyicheva and a specialist of the labour and wages section Alexander Butusov, members of the Youth Council of the branch “Rosseti Centre Tambovenergo”*, became semi-finalists of the youth competition “Tambov Leaders” organized by the Tambov Region Administration. This project is carried out with the aim of identifying, developing and supporting promising young people with a high level of leadership qualities and managerial competencies.
Tambovenergo’s specialists successfully completed the first stage, which included individual tests, where only 130 candidates for the victory were selected among 550 contestants. Employees of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration developed tasks for this stage, which combined the methods of assessing personal and managerial qualities. The next stage of the competition will be the development and implementation of a social project with which the young people will be able to show their organizational skills and teamwork.
“I was a participant in the first season of the competition, but, unfortunately, did not qualify for the finals. Now, participating in the second season, I want to try to realize all the internal potential and accumulated knowledge. I think that the experience of past participation will help me this time to achieve the cherished goal - the final of the competition,” commented Alexander Butusov.
“First of all, I want to try my hand: to show my leadership and professional qualities, to demonstrate my creative potential. Reaching the semifinals is already a success, but I’m not ready to rest on my laurels and will try to get the maximum knowledge and competencies from the competition, actively moving towards victory,” Nadezhda Ilyicheva shared.

Each of them follows their own path to new achievements and victories, improving their capabilities and enhancing their positive qualities. The leadership of Tambovenergo actively promotes the professional and personal growth of young personnel, because without development a person stands still and loses the ability to move on,” stressed Deputy General Director - Director of the branch “Rosseti Centre Tambovenergo” Nikolay Bogomolov.
