The branch “Rosseti Centre Voronezhenergo” carries out systematic work to reduce occupational injuries and improve the OSH management system. In total, 86.7 million rubles are planned for these events in 2019. Of these, more than 67 million rubles were allocated for the purchase of personal protective equipment for employees of the branch.
In addition, Voronezhenergo annually participates in the financial support program for preventive measures to reduce occupational injuries at the expense of the Social Security Fund, which allows to send additional funds on labour protection measures. So, in 2018, at the expense of insurance premiums, the branch purchased special shoes and clothes that protect against electric shock, worth more than 970 thousand rubles. This year, more than 1.2 million rubles from insurance premiums are planned to be used to ensure safe working conditions and the purchase of personal protective equipment from falling from a height.
Voronezhenergo works closely with the Social Security Fund in the field of labour protection. So, the company’s specialists took part in a meeting of the largest employers of Voronezh, organized by the regional branch of the Social Security Fund in conjunction with editorial staff of Komsomolskaya Pravda, where an exchange of experience in interaction with the Fund took place. “More than 3 thousand employees work at Voronezhenergo, the general improvement of working conditions is the most important task for our organization. The possibility to use the Fund’s means for this is an effective solution that allows the employer to implement a set of preventive measures to reduce occupational injuries and diseases,” said Yuliy Belyaev, the head of the labour protection service of the Voronezh branch of Rosseti Centre.
