In the first half of 2019, the branch “Rosseti Centre Smolenskenergo” concluded 5,135 contracts for provision of value-added services. The service of installing and replacing metering devices was in great demand - 3,839 applications, the provision of technical resources - 621 applications, the maintenance of outdoor lighting networks - 175 applications, testing and diagnostics of electrical equipment - 34 applications and the service “Execution of work related to the competence of customers in the implementation of the grid connection procedure” (Grid connection support) - 431 applications. The branch concluded 212 contracts for the provision of services for the maintenance and repair of outdoor lighting networks. At present, about 46 thousand lighting fixtures in the municipalities of the Smolensk region are maintained by Smolenskenergo. The branch provides operational and technical service to 93 facilities of applicants, including substations, cable and overhead power lines.
In addition, in 2019, the branch began to provide two new types of services. One of them is “Placing advertising, CCTV cameras at facilities of the power grid complex owned by the company”. The second one is a new complex service “Execution of work related to the competence of customers in the implementation of the grid connection procedure” using the customer’s materials. In this case, the cost of the service for both single-phase (220 V) and three-phase (380 V) grid connection will amount to 8,500 rubles.
The branch also significantly reduced the cost of the services “Replacement and installation of electricity metering devices”. The cost of replacing a single-phase metering device (including the cost of a metering device and transporting personnel to the place of service) is 1,870 rubles. The cost of replacing a three-phase metering device of direct connection (including the cost of the metering device and transporting personnel to the place of service) is 4,270 rubles.
The branch’s revenue from the sale of value-added services in the first half of 2019 amounted to 48.35 million rubles. The funds will be used for additional financing of the branch’s production programs and modernization of power grid facilities.
