In a solemn atmosphere, the director of the branch “Rosseti Centre Tambovenergo”* handed certificates to members of the construction crew “Energy”, which give the young people the right to work at energy facilities of the enterprise.
The members of the construction crew are officially employed, provided with special clothing and dress uniform. At the beginning of the working season, they passed the exam for the second group of electrical safety, which is a prerequisite for admission to work. Now the guys will be able to take part in the check and repair of equipment of transformer substations, in updating dispatching names and conducting scheduled inspections of 10/0.4 kV overhead power lines, checking and taking meter readings, removing cutting residues and other works. In addition, the Youth Council of Tambovenergo plans to involve them in conducting electrical safety lessons and thematic route games in children’s health camps.
“The guys are already working in the team of Tambov power engineers - a large and friendly team of professionals. Working in Tambovenergo, they will get acquainted with advanced energy technologies and new equipment. This labour semester will be for them a real school of mastery,” stressed Deputy General Director of Rosseti Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.
* From June 2019, all companies of the transmission and distribution grid complex in corporate and marketing communications, as well as on all corporate identity carriers will use the new name containing the Rosseti trademark and regional or functional binding.
