Distribution Zones of the branch “Rosseti Centre Kostromaenergo” in the first decade of July held the Safety Days.
The commission, which included heads of the technical unit and core services of Kostromaenergo’s executive office, checked the condition of production and household areas and production bases of the Distribution Zones and assessed the quality of implementation in the production units of the program to improve the level of occupational safety of operating personnel.
Following the results of the check, a number of measures were planned aimed at improving occupational safety and sanitary state of the premises, and the deadlines for their implementation were established.
“Labour protection, preserving the health and life of the staff are priorities for the Kostromaenergo branch. The main efforts in this area, first of all, are aimed at preventing incidents of personnel injuries,” stressed Deputy Chief Engineer - Head of the Production Safety and Industrial Control Department of Kostromaenergo Vladimir Karpachev.
Safety days are held in all Rosseti Centre’s production units on a monthly basis in order to prevent industrial injuries, increase production standards, reduce the likelihood of violations, which can lead to negative consequences in production.
