Specialists of Rosseti Centre - Tambovenergo division*, members of the Youth Council, organized a round table for members of the student crew “Energy”, where they talked about the branch’s activities, youth policy events, and held a creative contest for production of mock ups for practical use of resources of the energy complex.
The Youth Council’s activists suggested that groups of students from the same amount of materials create layouts for lighting various objects. After several hours of painstaking work, the students carried out their projects based on the lighting of various socially significant facilities: a residential building with internal and external lighting, an illuminated runway and a drawbridge with lanterns.
“It is not the first time that I have participated in the work of the crew and I am very glad that we had such an event for us. We were able to show our creative abilities by combining them with professional knowledge,” shared his impressions Daniil Dolgov, the commander of the construction crew “Energy”.
“Such events are held in order to unite and rally the members of the construction crew. From now on, we will more actively try to assist the young people in enhancing their creative, and at the same time, professional level, as well as in increasing their interest in high-quality and skilled work. At the moment, activists of the Youth Council of Tambovenergo are developing several activities aimed at increasing the intellectual, professional and creative potential of the members of the construction crew,” stressed Deputy General Director of Rosseti Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.
