Rosseti Centre Kurskenergo* summed up the work on providing value-added services to customers for five months of 2019. During the reporting period, the branch concluded with customers 2,224 contracts for the provision of value-added services.
The most popular among the residents of the Kursk region are the services of installing and replacing electricity metering devices. Since the beginning of the year, the branch has completed more than one thousand of these applications.
The demand for the service “Performance of work related to the client’s competence in the implementation of grid connection” (“Grid connection support”) has increased. The service includes the execution of a full set of works by the branch from the point of connection to the customer’s power installations (development of project documentation, construction and installation works, conducting the necessary electrical equipment tests, preparing a technical report, etc.). For five months of this year, Kurskenergo’s specialists executed over 400 “Grid connection support” contracts.
And such value-added services of Kurskenergo, as the design and construction of energy facilities, the removal of networks to the common territory, the maintenance and development of outdoor lighting networks, testing and diagnostics of power equipment, operational maintenance, repair of electrical networks and electrical equipment remain at a consistently high level of demand among customers. During the reporting period, more than 300 such contracts were concluded.
