Kostromaenergo receives thanks for teaching children and adolescents safety rules

Dmitry Prokhorov, Deputy General Director of Kostromaenergo Rosseti Centre - Kostromaenergo division director*, received a letter of thanks from Mikhail Voroshnin, Chairman of the Regional Branch of the Russian Military Historical Society of the Kostroma Region. The management of the organization expresses their gratitude to the power company for assistance in organizing and conducting events of the military-historical shift “Save. Protect. Create” in 2019” in the camp “Red Hill”.

The military-historical shift has been held in the camp for the second year in a row. Children from all over the Kostroma region take part in it. They pass along the military-historical routes of their small homeland, attend lectures and visiting exhibitions on the country’s military history. Much attention in the framework of the shift is given to issues of life safety. The camp hosts “Days of Safety”, which are assisted by Kostromaenergo’s employees. Representatives of the branch together with employees of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, Rosgvardia, All-Russian Voluntary Fire Society, the State Inspectorate for Small-Size Vessels of the Kostroma region teach the children the basic rules of safe behaviour.

“We sincerely hope to strengthen our cooperation and are confident that your professionalism will help the Russian military-historical society in the implementation of its plans,” the letter of thanks says.
