Rosseti Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the activities for the implementation of the repair program for 5 months of 2019. From January to May, the power engineers spent over 62 million rubles to repair facilities of the power grid complex of the Kursk region. All planned activities are implemented in full and on time.
In total, to date, Kurskenergo’s specialists have repaired about 780 km of power lines of 0.4-110 kV. As part of the repair work, more than 120 km of wire were replaced, 1,323 new poles and 6,230 insulators were installed, 108 transformer substations and 68 transformers were repaired. They repaired 12 oil receivers, 73 35-110 kV oil switches and 34 35-110 kV disconnectors, and performed diagnostics of 8 110 kV switches. In addition, 415 hectares of routes along overhead lines of 0.4-110 kV were cleared of trees and shrubs.
The overhaul of substation equipment of 35/10 kV “Turovka”, “Kulbaki”, “Ivanino”, “Studenok”, on which the reliability and quality of power supply of residents of regional centres depends, has been completed. The renovation of the 110 kV substation “Paniky”, 110/10 kV “STK” and “Ivnitsa”, 35/10 kV “Blagodat”, “Pogozhie” and “Chapaevskaya” continues. They are the key sources of power supply of the social and industrial infrastructure of Oboyansky, Glushkovsky, Kurchatovsky, Kastorinsky, Medvensky, Zolotukhinsky, Zheleznogorsky districts of the Kursk region.
In addition, the power engineers started repair works at the 110/35/10 kV “Phosphoritnaya” substation, which provides electricity to the city of Schigry and settlements of Schigrovsky and Cheremisinovsky districts. In accordance with the plans, at the power facility five 35 kV oil switches and two power transformers will be repaired, and 12 35 kV overvoltage limiters will be replaced with surge arresters.
Implementation of the measures of the repair program with high quality and in time allows the power engineers to ensure the effective functioning of the regional power grid complex. The power engineers plan to complete the main activities, stipulated in the document, until the end of September 2019.
