Lipetskenergo connected to the grid a construction site in a cottage settlement for large families

26.06.2019

The Lunev family, in which there are three children, plans to celebrate a housewarming party in the new settlement “Raduzhny” already in September, which is located in the area of the village of Yellow Sands. Now there is the construction of a residential building with an area of 101 square metres in full swing. It will be the first built under the mortgage program, in the settlement where the land plots were allocated for families with many children for housing construction.

For a week, Lipetskenergo’s employees provided connection to the grid of Rosseti Centre (the brand of IDGC of Centre, PJSC) of a residential house under construction. For this, the power engineers constructed 90 metres of a 0.4 kV overhead line with insulated wire, installed four poles. The transformer substation, from which the future housing is powered, is equipped with digital electricity metering and is connected directly to the control room. As a result, builders have committed themselves to commission the housing for the large family on 25 September.

Igor Artamonov, Acting Head of the Administration of the Lipetsk region, personally oversees the development of the cottage community. On his initiative, the banks have developed a special program of concessional lending for large families, who decide to build housing in Yellow Sands.

“Rosseti Centre is a socially focused company, we always readily respond to initiatives of the authorities, which benefit residents of the region. Here and in the case of housing for a large family, Lipetskenergo’s employees as part of the grid connection, helped arrange all the necessary documents, developed the project and completed the necessary work as soon as possible. We will be sincerely happy when the family moves with their children to a comfortable house in an ecologically clean area of the region,” commented Sergey Koval, Director of Rosseti Centre - Lipetskenergo division.
