Hotline of power engineering specialists:
On 22 June, employees of Rosseti Centre - Kurskenergo division, veterans, and active members of the Youth Council of the company took part in events dedicated to the Day of Memory and Grief.
The power engineers, together with representatives of public organizations, Kursk clergy, and government authorities, walked in the same column to the memorial to those who fell during the Great Patriotic War, where the ceremony of laying flowers to the Eternal Flame took place. The participants of the procession observed a minute of silence in memory of the fallen defenders of the Motherland, in honour of those who died on the battlefields, there was a salute of three weapon salvoes.
In addition, representatives of Kurskenergo’s Veterans’ Council laid flowers at the monument to the commander of the 1089th rifle regiment, Stepan Perekalsky, who gave his life for the liberation of Kursk.
Kurskenergo’s team actively participates in events dedicated to memorable dates of the Great Patriotic War. Every year, power engineers lay flowers at memorials of fallen soldiers, landscape premises of monuments.
