More than 24 thousand customers applied to Voronezhenergo for five months

Rosseti Centre - Voronezhenergo division summed up the results of work with customers for five months of 2019.

For the period from January to May 2019, the branch’s customer service offices received 24,604 requests. This is 17% more than last year.

Most often, customers contacted Voronezhenergo about connection to power grids or to obtain value-added services: installation and replacement of metering devices, grid connection support, reconfiguration of grid facilities in the interests of the client, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, as well as setup of outdoor lighting systems. The share of such requests was 69% of the total number. At the same time, the number of customers wishing to use the value-added services of the company exceeded by one and a half times those who required connection of power installations.

The share of customers who applied to the company for consultation was 13%. Clients were interested in, first of all, issues related to filing an application for grid connection, as well as removal of restrictions on use of land plots.

The number of complaints sent to the Voronezh branch of Rosseti Centre did not exceed 4% of the total number of calls. The customers complained mainly about power outages and power quality. Most complaints were received from suburban areas of the regional centre, in which housing construction is currently underway at an active pace and industrial production is developing. Within the framework of the implementation of the digital transformation concept, digital Distribution Zones will be created in Ramonsky, Novousmansky, Semiluksky and Khokholsky districts, which will significantly reduce the number and time to eliminate technological disruptions and, as a result, improve the quality and reliability of power supply.
