For four months of this year Kurskenergo achieved a decrease in accounts receivable by 74.5 million rubles

Rosseti Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work on reducing receivables for electricity transmission services for 4 months in 2019. During this period, the debt for electricity transmission services was reduced by 74.5 million rubles.

As of 01.05.2019, overdue receivables of Kurskenergo amounts to 596 million rubles.

Upon the return of debts, employees of the branch implement a set of measures in cooperation with the leadership of the Kursk region, using the potential of the working group on minimizing consumer debt to resource-supplying organizations. At monthly meetings, terms and schedules of payment for debtors are formed.

One of the most important areas of work to reduce debt obligations is claim-related activities of the branch. Claims are sent in a timely manner to the address of counterparties who have delayed payment for services, and claims are submitted to the court. To date, part of the debt in the amount of 45 million rubles has been transferred to the enforcement proceedings, 65 million rubles will be recovered in court.

From January to April of this year, Kurskenergo’s employees obtained positive decisions on 33 court cases for a total amount of 39 million rubles. For the sum of 30 million rubles, as a result of these decisions, writs of execution were received.

“The effective development of the grid infrastructure and, as a result, reliable and uninterrupted power supply to consumers in the Kursk region, is directly related to the payment discipline of residents of the Kursk region,” notes Sergey Sevryukov, the deputy director for sales and development of services of Kurskenergo, “we will continue to collect the receivables under the current legislation.”
