Kostromaenergo’s Customer Service Centre met the 85,000th visitor

On 13 June, the Customer Service Centre (CSC) of Rosseti Centre - Kostromaenergo in the city of Kostroma received the 85-thousandth client. It was a resident of the regional centre, Andrey Efimov, who applied to the CSC for filing an application for grid connection of a residential house. The head of the department of marketing and value-added services of Kostromaenergo Larisa Bravaya presented a commemorative gift to the anniversary visitor.

“I have been a client of the CSC for a number of years. And I am always pleased with the quality service, professionalism and positive mood of its employees,” says Andrey Efimov.

Kostromaenergo’s Customer Service Centre was opened in 2007 and has been actively developing all this time, offering customers new services and opportunities. Every year, the number of applications to the Centre amounts to thousands, which proves the relevance of the services of its specialists. For 5 months of 2019, about 2,300 residents of the region applied to the CSC.
