For four months Lipetskenergo received more than 21 thousand customers’ requests

IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division summed up the results of work with customers for four months of 2019.

For the period from January to May 2019, the customer service offices of IDGC of the Centre - Lipetskenergo division received 21,468 requests, which is 17% higher than the same period last year. Of these, 80% (16,745) of applications were registered from individuals, 20% (4,723) from legal entities.

Three thousand requests were related to grid connection. Over two thousand times, citizens applied to Lipetskenergo to provide value-added services, among which the service of installing and replacing metering devices was the most popular - 989 requests. Following the results of four months, the second most popular among the value-added services was the service for performance of work relating to the competence of customers on technical conditions, while implementing the grid connection procedure - 807 requests. Services such as the provision of resources, maintenance and repair of electrical equipment, as well as the removal of restrictions on the use of land and the setup of outdoor lighting systems are still in demand.

For customer convenience, Lipetskenergo has 18 customer service offices in each district centre of the region and one integrated Service Centre in Lipetsk.
