Employees of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division together with Deputies of the Tambov Regional Duma attended a festive concert in the Children’s House, which was dedicated to the Children’s Day. The entertainment program included not only competitions for children, but also exciting performances of talented pupils.
During the festive event, the head of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division Nikolay Bogomolov received gratitude for the assistance rendered to the orphans and the indifferent attitude to the problems of children left without parental warmth. A letter of thanks to Director of Tambovenergo was solemnly presented by Deputy Chairman of the Tambov Regional Duma Irina Ten.
A few months earlier, Tambovenergo’s specialists conducted work on the territory of the Tambov Regional Specialized Orphanage. As part of helping the childcare centre, the power engineers dismantled reinforced concrete poles and inactive street lighting fixtures, which ensured the safety of the pupils and staff of the childcare facility.
“We could not remain indifferent and found an opportunity to provide all possible assistance in dismantling the old poles and fixtures. Moreover, it is primarily about the safety of the pupils. Children left without parental care and children with disabilities, perhaps more than others, need care, attention and support,” stressed Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.
