IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work on connection of customers to power grids for 4 months of 2019.
During this period, the branch received 685 applications for grid connection. 504 contracts were concluded, 463 contracts were executed. The total capacity of power installations connected to Kurskenergo’s grids was 10.4 MW.
The largest facilities of the grid connection include a drying facility of ZAO Agrofirm “Rylskaya” (402 kW), an enterprise for growing mushrooms of LLC “Urozhai” in Oktyabrsky district of the Kursk region (586 kW), a production building of “Composite” (2,000 kW), facilities of LLC “Miratorg -Kursk” (600 kW).
To implement the grid connection of the drying complex of the agricultural firm “Rylskaya”, the power engineers constructed 0.4–10 kV overhead lines with a length of 0.7 km and a 10/0.4 kV kiosk-type transformer substation with one 630 kVA power transformer, installed a 10 kV line disconnector.
The agricultural firm processes the land area of 40 thousand hectares, annually produces over 400 thousand tons of beets and over 120 thousand tons of grain, is one of the leaders in terms of the yield of sugar beet and grain in the Kursk region.
As part of the grid connection of LLC “Urozhai”, the branch’s specialists reconstructed the existing 10 kV overhead line, constructed a 10 kV overhead line from the 35/10 kV substation “Lobazovka” with a length of 0.5 km, installed a 10 kV line disconnector. The company is a manufacturer and supplier of oyster mushrooms in the Kursk region.
The power engineers also connected three construction sites of pig breeding facilities in Fatezhsky, Rylsky and Zolotukhinsky districts and a mobile concrete-mortar complex in Oktyabrsky district of the Kursk region of LLC “Miratorg-Kursk” to Kurskenergo’s grid. The total capacity of the connected facilities is 600 kW.
