Kostromaenergo actively works to attract young promising specialists to the industry always in demand at Kostromaenergo

Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division organized an Open Doors Day for graduates of specialized educational institutions. It was held on the basis of the Kostroma Energy Technical School named after F.V. Chizhov, as well as at the electric power department of the Kostroma State Agricultural Academy. The participants of the event were about 200 graduate students.

The HR department of Kostromaenergo told them about the branch as a potential employer, familiarized them with the working conditions and outlined the most important competences of a modern employee of the electric power industry. Particular attention was paid to the personnel policy of the company, aimed at improving the quality and efficiency of using human resources, motivating employees to achieve the company’s goals, providing opportunities for professional and personal growth of young professionals.

“Kostromaenergo pays the most serious attention to career guidance work with young people, actively cooperating with relevant educational institutions. By attracting young promising personnel for practical training and with their further employment in our branch, we are promoting industrial adaptation, as well as professional growth for yesterday’s students,” said Lyudmila Tkachenko, the acting head of the HR department of IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division.
