IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the work on personnel training for four months of 2019.
Since the beginning of the year, in professional institutions of additional and higher education in the cities of Kursk, Moscow, St. Petersburg, Cheboksary, as well as in the Training Centre for operating personnel of the branch, about 400 power engineers have been trained and retrained.
The employees of Kurskenergo improved their skills in the field of technical operation of distribution networks, installation of cable lines, operational management, occupational safety, industrial, fire and environmental safety. At the same time, the program of each group of students included issues of digital transformation of electric grids.
In order to prevent industrial injuries during mass repairs, Kurskenergo’s employees were trained in safe methods of performing work, taking into account the specifics of operational maintenance of electrical installations.
Practical classes were held at Kurskenergo’s training grounds, where the rules for first aid were also worked out.
“The system of professional retraining and advanced training in Kurskenergo implies continuous training of employees. At present, the branch has started implementation of measures of the Concept of digital transformation of the electric grid complex. At this stage, we pay special attention to the training of specialists in working with digital equipment,” notes Lyudmila Mokrousova, the head of the HR department of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division.
