Since the beginning of the year Tambovenergo received more than 11 thousand customer calls


IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division summed up the results of work with customers for the first quarter of 2019. During the reporting period, the branch received 11,211 calls from customers. The main part (8,491 calls) was sent in absentia (through the call-centre of IDGC of Centre, the Internet reception, mail), the remaining 2,310 were filed during customer visits to the company’s service offices. Of these, 749 calls were related to grid connection, and 1,913 were on the provision of value-added services.

The results of the quarter showed the relevance of the service “Performance of work related to the client’s competence in the implementation of grid connection” (“Grid connection support”). In January-March 2019, about 90 contracts were concluded for the provision of this service in the amount of more than 2 million rubles.

Tambovenergo actively works to inform customers about its services through the regional media, the corporate website of IDGC of Centre and websites of municipalities of the Tambov region. The list of value-added services provided by the company is placed on stands in Distribution Zones. In addition, the energy company organizes on-site presentations in municipalities. Thus, in January-March, representatives of the service sales unit of Tambovenergo held presentations of the service for the maintenance and development of outdoor lighting networks for heads of village councils of a number of districts in the region.
