Tambovenergo introduced a high alert mode due to the deteriorating weather in the region. According to the Ministry of Emergency Situations of Russia, in the near future, adverse weather conditions are predicted in the Tambov region: wind gusts up to 15-20 m/s, thunderstorm, hail.

Special control over the operation of power facilities has been established. The information exchange with the territorial division of the Ministry of Emergency Situations and the executive authorities has been organized. First responding and maintenance personnel has been mobilized.

There are 29 emergency recovery crews on duty in the amount of 58 people and 29 specialized vehicles. In case of major technological violations, it is possible to increase the number of personnel up to 85 crews (460 people) and 191 vehicles, contracting organizations may also be involved in restoration work. Back-up power supply of socially significant consumers of the Tambov region, if necessary, can be provided by generator sets with a total capacity of 580 kW.
