Belgorodenergo entered the regional Alley of Labour Glory

On the Day of Spring and Labour, IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division was brought to the regional Alley of Labour Glory. Ivan Lebedev, the master of a crew for diagnostics of electrical equipment of Belgorodsky Distribution Zone, is noted in the list of the best production workers.

The certificate to Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division director Sergey Demidov and Chairman of the primary trade union organization Anatoly Androsovich was presented by Governor of the region Yevgeny Savchenko and Chairman of the Belgorod union of trade union organizations Nikolay Shatalov.

Belgorodenergo entered the regional Alley of Labour Glory as the winner of the regional stage of the All-Russian contest “Russian Organization of High Social Efficiency” in the nomination “For the Formation of a Healthy Lifestyle in Organizations of the Production Sphere”. In 2018, the branch passed the federal selection and was among the 58 winners and prize holders of the competition. The occupational health and safety policy in IDGC of Centre, which is highly appreciated by the Ministry of Labour and Social Protection of the Russian Federation, is aimed at preventing diseases and promoting healthy lifestyles, physical education and sports.

Power engineers on the basis of their own Medical and Psychological Centre (MPC) regularly undergo diagnostic, social and psychological examination, participate in rehabilitation activities, Days of Safety, Psychological Health, measures to prevent socially significant diseases, learn active methods of self-regulation and prevention of stress. The MPC has an active advocacy and educational activities aimed at the formation of skills for a healthy lifestyle. According to statistics, the medical-psychological centre annually records up to 13 thousand visits, hundreds of trainings, thousands of consultations are held. The number of cases and days of disability, due to the comprehensive and consistent work on the improvement of personnel, is annually reduced.

This year, 33 labour teams and 33 distinguished workers were awarded public recognition, including Ivan Lebedev, the master of a crew for diagnostics of electrical equipment of Belgorodsky Distribution Zone. In 2017–2018, he was directly involved in the supply of electricity to the villages of Blizhnaya Igumenka, Nizhny Olshanets, Krutoy Log, Maysky, small businesses, housing estates of individual housing construction, he connected to the grid the Belgorod water park, Saltykov poultry factory.

Today about 4 thousand people work at Belgorodenergo. The company together with the trade union organization provides its employees with decent and safe working conditions and a wide system of social support measures. For the power engineers, a high assessment by the leadership of the region of achievements in the field of employees’ health is very important. The award will serve the team as an additional incentive to further develop and strengthen social policies to preserve the lives and health of the people.
