Power engineers invite graduates of electrotechnical specialties to work.

Lipetsk State Technical University hosted the annual “Personnel Forum”. It became a place of communication for students and representatives of the largest enterprises in the region. For the first time, IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division presented its exposition at such a meeting.

A representative of the regional labour and employment department told the participants about the current situation on the region’s labour market and the most sought-after specialties. According to forecasts, the additional need for personnel in the region until 2024 will amount to 33,000 people, the most demanded employees are still working professions.

However, there are high-tech industries. IDGC of Centre - Lipetskenergo division, which is now implementing a digital transformation program, needs specialists with innovative thinking. The power engineers are interested in graduates of universities of electrotechnical specialties.
