The head of the customer relations department of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division Vladimir Panfilov took part in seminars with small and medium-sized businessmen to discuss a wide range of issues in the Administrations of Safonovsky and Dorogobuzh districts. The event was organized by Autonomous Nonprofit Organization “Centre for Support of Entrepreneurship of the Smolensk Region”. The event was attended by businessmen from Safonovsky, Dorogobuzhsky and Kholm-Zhirkovsky districts of the Smolensk region - about 30 business representatives.
Vladimir Panfilov told the businessmen about the connection of business facilities to grids of Smolenskenergo, the last changes, as well as those changes, which are planned in the near future. A separate topic was the work of the personal account on IDGC of Centre’s website (lkk.mrsk-1.ru) and the procedure for submitting online applications for grid connection - this is a convenient and most up-to-date service that helps save time for consumers. With its help, clients without a personal visit can, at any convenient time and place, from any device having access to the Internet, apply for connection to electric grids with a maximum power of up to 150 kW. The service allows you to further monitor the progress of the application, familiarize yourself with the contract and technical conditions, sign it with an electronic signature and track changes in the stages of the application and the implementation of measures under the concluded agreement on the grid connection implementation. You can also apply in the “personal account” for value-added services of the company, one of which is the “Turnkey grid connection”.
The businessmen actively asked their questions and received consultations on their specific parameters.
Similar meetings with consumers take place quarterly. Previously, they most often took place in the city of Smolensk, but field meetings and communication with consumers of districts that the power engineers began to practice last year, are already yielding results - more and more business representatives began to use the “personal account” and receive answers to their questions without personal visits to the branch’s offices.
