IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division implements a set of measures aimed at strengthening payment discipline among service consumers. In the first quarter of 2019, the branch managed to reduce the total amount of receivables by 65 million rubles. The amount of overdue debt decreased by 18 million rubles.
A significant effect is obtained from the claim-related activities. During the first quarter, Kurskenergo achieved positive court decisions in 28 cases for a total amount of 26 million rubles. As a result of these decisions, 18 writs of execution were received in the amount of 18 million rubles, of which 2 million rubles have already been redeemed.
Also, for the repayment of debts, Kurskenergo uses the potential of the working group on taking measures to minimize the debt of end consumers to resource-supply organizations established under the administration of the Kursk region on the initiative of PJSC ROSSETI. Authorized representatives of Kurskenergo actively participate in monthly meetings of the working group, where the heads of debtor enterprises are heard, and measures are developed to reduce and eliminate the debt of end consumers to sales companies, which in turn leads to a decrease in debt of the sales companies to the branch “Kurskenergo”. The debtors are ordered to send information on the performance of their debt obligations to the housing and utilities and fuel and energy complex committee of the Kursk region.
Kurskenergo urges consumers to pay for electricity transmission services on time. “The money received from the electricity transmission service is directed to the implementation of the repair, modernization programs, reconstruction of power grids, which directly affects the reliability and quality of power supply to consumers in the Kursk region. We intend to continue to work consistently to collect accounts receivable, using all the opportunities provided for by current legislation,” stresses Yury Kartsev, the head of the office for the sale of services of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division.
