In 2019, IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division will construct power supply grids for 890 individual housing construction sites. 230 million rubles will be allocated for the implementation of the regional program of activities for the engineering arrangement of individual housing construction micro-districts.
This year, Belgorodenergo will provide the grid infrastructure to 18 micro-districts located in Belgorod, Belgorodsky, Yakovlevsky, Alekseevsky districts and Starooskolsky urban district. The largest amount of work is planned in the suburbs of the regional centre: neighbourhoods “East” and “South-West 2.5”, “May-80”, “Razumnoye-71 and -81”, “Pushkarnoye-78”, “Shishino-84”, “Streletsky -73 and 83”, as well as the micro-district “Bionics” of the project “New Life”.
In Starooskolsky urban district, work will continue in the “Builder”, “Proleski”, “Fedoseevka” and “Nabokino Gardens” micro-districts. In Yakovlevsky district, 50 sites in the micro-district “Glushinsky” will be connected to the grid, and 30 sites in the micro-district “Ilyinka” in Alekseevsky district.
In total, under the individual housing construction program, the power engineers are planning to commission about 50 km of new 0.4-10 kV power lines and 15 package transformer substations with a total capacity of 3.2 MW.
The program for the engineering arrangement of housing mass residential sites is annually approved by a resolution of the government of the Belgorod Region. Since 2005, Belgorodenergo has already provided power supply to more than 71 thousand plots, having constructed for this over 5 thousand km of 0.4-10 kV power lines. During this time, the individual construction added more than 200 MW of new capacity to the regional power grid.
