In the Tambov region, a two-day School of personnel reserve of the information technology unit of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region opened on the basis of the sanatorium “Energetik”. This year, 100 members of the personnel reserve from 20 branches of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region gathered to participate in the School. The most relevant direction for power engineers was chosen as the main topic of the event: “Digital transformation - development vectors”.
At the opening ceremony, the Chairman of the primary trade union organization of IDGC of Centre Viktor Ablezgov, the Head of the HR Department of IDGC of Centre Natalya Bulan, Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov and the Chairman of the youth parliament of the Tambov region Ilya Bukatin addressed the School participants with the welcoming speech.

The school of personnel reserve, organized by the management of the company with the support of the primary trade union organization, is carried out with the aim of effectively implementing the Personnel and Social Policy, creating the conditions for the fullest realization of the potential of employees belonging to the personnel reserve, developing their professional and managerial competencies, maintaining their interest and motivation to professional development and inclusion to corporate values.
For two days, employees of IDGC of Centre and IDGC of Centre and Volga Region will improve their professional level at business trainings and team building events and receive new competencies necessary for work. At the team session and training, they will develop ideas and plans for implementing the concept of digital transformation, which will allow identifying employees with high potential and developing staff competencies in the field of digitalization. During the event, the School participants will be trained in communication skills, after which they will be able to build high-quality partnerships with functional customers, resolve contentious situations, maintain positive relationships and effectively promote their ideas and suggestions.
