IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division conducted a round table within the Day of the Entrepreneur regularly held by the grid company.
Heads of construction companies, agricultural organizations in the region, as well as small and medium-sized businesses in the Tver region took part in a dialogue with the power engineers.
The meeting was held in the “question-answer” format, which made it possible to more effectively discuss the topics of interest that both businessmen and representatives of the grid company face in the framework of the implementation of agreements on grid connection.
During the round table, the head of the customer relations department Inga Shestipalova, the head of the grid connection office of the Tver branch Alexey Nesterenko explained in detail to the heads of the companies all stages of the grid connection procedure: legislative features, rules and sequence of stages.
The representatives of the branch reminded about the implementation of the Client’s Personal Account service for availability of information on the status of the grid connection process at any time, noting that IDGC of Centre expands the range of interactive services in order to create favourable conditions for the development of small and medium businesses in the region.
The representatives of the business community praised the relevance of the issues raised at the Day of the Entrepreneur. Summing up the event, Deputy Director for Sales and Development of Services of IDGC of Centre - Tverenergo division Anton Balakin stressed: “The branch has been holding meetings with heads and representatives of small and medium-sized businesses on grid connection for more than a year. During the dialogue, the parties have the opportunity to consider in detail specific issues, get qualified comments, identify controversial issues and their solutions, and discuss the conditions for connecting to the power grid for each individual case. For our part, we are ready to provide support and propose optimal solutions, find a technical possibility and preferable terms for grid connection.”
