Hotline of power engineering specialists:
A planned training of electricians performing maintenance and repair of grids, whose work experience at the enterprise does not exceed one year, passed in the Training Centre of operating personnel of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division.
The training program included the study of devices, principles of operation, diagnostics, maintenance of overhead lines of 10-0.4 kV, transformer substations of 10/0.4 kV, equipment of substations of 110/35/10 kV, package distribution devices of 6-10 kV with practical skills at a closed training range of the branch.
Part of the training was devoted to familiarizing Kurskenergo’s staff with the “ABC of Digital Transformation: simply about the difficult”, where the basic principles of digital transformation of the domestic power grid complex are set out in a form understandable for a wide range of specialists.
Particular attention was paid to the verification of knowledge of technical and organizational measures that ensure the safety of production activities, knowledge of the rules of labour protection, fire, electrical safety and working out a plan of actions in case of an accident and provision of first aid to an injured person.
Professional development, training of employees of Kurskenergo are held annually in order to increase the level of professional training of production personnel, reduce accident rates and strengthen control over compliance with the labour protection and safety requirements.
Until the end of this year, about 1,500 employees of the branch will improve their qualifications in various educational formats.
