More than 12 thousand consumers applied for services of Kurskenergo since the beginning of the year

IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division summed up the results of work with consumers for 3 months of 2019. During this period, specialists of the unit of interaction with customers received more than 12,000 requests from residents of Kursk. Over 4 thousand requests were filed when visiting customer service centres, the rest were sent through the call centre of IDGC of Centre, the Internet reception and mail.

855 calls concerned connection to the company’s grids, 2,384 - provision of value-added services, of which the largest number of applications related to replacement and installation of metering devices. Such value-added services as “Grid connection support” and “Provision of technical resources” also proved to be in demand. The remaining requests were related to commercial metering of electricity, maintenance of power grid facilities.

For 3 months of 2019, about 8 thousand consumers left positive feedback. Power engineers are thanked for prompt and high-quality work, high qualifications of the branch’s employees who advise them on electricity supply issues.
