Lipetsk power engineers began the implementation of the investment program in 2019

This year, under the investment program, Lipetskenergo plans to spend more than a billion rubles.

To increase the system reliability of the Lipetsk power system and create opportunities for new connections, the Lipetsk branch will construct and reconstruct more than 300.73 km of 0.4/10 kV power lines and commission 92 package transformer substations with a total capacity of 73.8 MVA.

One of the major projects of the investment program will be the reconstruction of the 110 kV “Stanovaya-left/right” overhead line with replacement of wire, installation of standardized steel poles and a device for crossing railway tracks. This line provides electricity to more than 11 thousand consumers in Stanovlyansky district, as well as about fifty socially significant facilities.

In addition, Lipetsk power engineers planned the reconstruction of the 110 kV “Donskaya” substation with replacement of a power transformer. This substation serves 5 thousand residential customers in Zadonsky district, as well as a large poultry plant.

The implementation of measures within the framework of the investment program of Lipetskenergo will reduce the costs of maintenance, repair and operation of electric grid infrastructure facilities, reduce grid losses, significantly reduce the number and time to eliminate technological disruptions and, as a result, improve the quality and reliability of electricity supply to consumers.
