Head of Tambovenergo was thanked

The head of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division Nikolay Bogomolov was thanked for the help rendered to orphans and the indifferent attitude to the problems of children left without parental care.

The letter of appreciation was presented at a festive event dedicated to the International Women’s Day. The entertainment program included not only competitions for children, but also exciting dance performances of talented pupils.

A few months earlier, the specialists of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division conducted work in the territory of the State Unitary Enterprise “Tambov Regional Specialized Orphanage”. As part of helping the child care centre, the power engineers dismantled three reinforced concrete poles and 17 non-operational street lighting fixtures, which were installed in the late eighties and over time turned out to be abandoned. Having completed all the measures for dismantling the poles threatening with a fall with high quality and in the shortest possible time, the Tambov power engineers ensured the safety of the pupils and the staff of the children’s institution.

“We could not remain indifferent and found an opportunity to provide all possible assistance in dismantling the old poles and fixtures. Moreover, it is primarily about the safety of the pupils. The children left without parental care and children with disabilities, perhaps more than others, need care, attention and support,” stressed Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.
