In the Training Centre of operating personnel of IDGC of Centre - Kurskenergo division, a training seminar was held for chief engineers of Distribution Zones. 28 technical managers of Distribution Zones took part in it.
The seminar program included theoretical and practical classes. Particular attention was paid to the study of the modernization program of the power grid complex of Kurskenergo using digital technologies. In addition, the power engineers familiarized themselves with the latest methods of equipment diagnostics, considered issues of identifying and preventing electricity losses in the 0.4-10 kV distribution grid.
Part of the course was devoted to working with technical documentation, in particular, the preparation of requests for materials for overhaul and maintenance, the paperwork for reconstruction projects. The training program also included issues of labour protection, fire and electrical safety.
Kurskenergo pays great attention to staff training. Every year more than 1,500 employees of the branch improve their skills in various educational formats.
