Kostromaenergo’s employees were trained in safe work at height

IDGC of Centre - Kostromaenergo division completed the training of masters of crews for operation of distribution grids of Distribution Zones, power line service sections and specialists of the industrial safety and production control office under the program “Safety at height”.

Over the course of four days, 30 employees of the company received knowledge of legislative regulatory innovations in the field of safety, organization of technical and technological measures to ensure the safety of work at height and the provision of first aid to injured people at work. In addition, in the course of practical exercises on the basis of the City Distribution Zone, they worked out technologies for safe work at height using the rope access systems. Following the results of the training, the trainees received certificates of advanced training.

Kostromaenergo’s specialists regularly undergo training in occupational safety when working at height, since it is part of their functional duties. Improving existing and obtaining new skills in the field of safety allows them to perform their work efficiently, without risking their lives and health.
