IDGC of Centre - Belgorodenergo division summed up the results of the work on connection of customers to electric grids. Last year more than seven thousand contracts of connection to the grids with a total capacity of 169 MW were executed. 5,828 electrical installations of individuals with a capacity of 82.5 MW and 1,183 legal entities with a capacity of 86.5 MW, including enterprises of the agro-industrial complex, small businesses, social institutions and life-support facilities, were connected to the power grids.
The largest facilities with a power consumption of 1000 kW are the industrial park of “Biryuch” Innovation Centre, built in Krasnogvardeysky district of the Belgorod region for development of a number of high-tech industries, from electronic instrumentation and sensor robotics to biotechnology and genetic engineering. The branch fulfilled the grid connection agreement ahead of schedule, ensuring reliable power supply for the cottage community, laboratories and other industrial park facilities. To supply electricity, 12 kilometres of a 10 kV overhead line were constructed, made with the use of modern protected self-supporting insulated wire.
The list of socially significant facilities of grid connection of the past year includes about 100 institutions of various profiles, including: the Heart Clinic opened in Stary Oskol, the children’s entertainment centre “Masterslavl Belgorod”, fitness centres with swimming pools in Valuyki and Volokonovka, a kindergarten for 150 places combined with a similar in capacity primary school in the micro-district “Sputnik” of the city of Belgorod, Shebekinskaya school No. 3.
Last year, the branch provided electricity to more than 10 large facilities of the agro-industrial complex of the region, operating under import substitution programs, among them: a dairy farm in the village of Mazikino of Korochansky district, depot 1 and 2 of LLC “Vladimirovsky Garden” in Ivnyansky district, an irrigation system using sprinkling equipment of OJSC MC “Green Valley” in Belgorodsky district, a grain cleaning complex for storage and drying of grain crops of JSC “Dolzhanskoye” in Veidelevsky district, a fruit storage of LLC “Tsvetuschiy Sad” in Graivoronsky district, a pig-breeding complex of LLC “Selection-Hybrid Centre” in Prokhorovsky district, a factory for production of technical manufactured goods of LLC AIC “Promagro” in Stary Oskol and other facilities.
