In 2018, IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division provided electricity to 19 sites of the agro-industrial complex of the region. According to the branch’s grid connection department, the new connections made it possible to provide the agricultural and processing industries of the Smolensk region with a total of 1.8 MW.
Within the framework of grid connection agreements, the branch’s specialists connected to IDGC of Centre’s grids cattle farms of “Bryansk Meat Company” LLC in Pochinkovsky district with a capacity of 80 kW and agricultural buildings of “Kolos” LLC in Gagarinsky district with a capacity of 150 kW, electrical equipment and lighting of the poultry house of “Lamel” LLC in Smolensky district, the village of Kovalevka with a capacity of 150 kW, equipment for the workshop for processing meat semi-finished products of the Agro-Industrial Company “Our Granary” in Gagarinsky district with a capacity of 256 kW. All the facilities are connected under the third category of reliability.
Also, during this period, work was completed to increase the capacity for the breeding farm of “Smolensk Field” LLC in Pochinkovsky district. Within the framework of the contract the power engineers constructed by their own forces 12 meters of a 10 kV overhead line and installed a 10 kV disconnector (210 kW increase in power).
At the end of May 2018, Smolenskenergo entered into an agreement with CJSC “Troparevo” on allocation of 1.05 MW for power supply of electrical equipment and lighting of the complex for receiving and processing of grain in Sychevsky district, south of lands of the rural settlement of Maltsevsky. At the beginning of 2019, it is planned to commission the expansion of the production base of JSC “Khlebprom” (an increase in power by 952.2 kW), for which a 10 kV cable line with a length of 1.37 km was laid.
Please, be reminded that earlier in the region the Agreement was signed on cooperation between the Administration of the Smolensk Region and IDGC of Centre for support of enterprises of the agro-industrial complex of the region. Within it the power engineers are implementing projects for electricity supply and provision of additional capacity to enterprises and facilities of the agro-industrial complex.
