Specialists of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division carry out active career guidance among schoolchildren of the Tambov region. At meetings with pupils the power engineers talk in detail about the main activities of the largest power grid company in the region, the specifics of work in the Tambov branch of IDGC of Centre, social guarantees and personnel prospects of young professionals. Also, the young people find out where they can get a specialized energy education.
Last year more than a thousand schoolchildren took part in such events.
“Tambovenergo pays close attention to career guidance work with young people and cooperates with many specialized educational institutions. It is useful for high school students to expand their understanding of the power engineering profession. Perhaps, for some of the schoolchildren this will be the starting point in the choice of their future profession,” stressed Deputy General Director of IDGC of Centre - Tambovenergo division director Nikolay Bogomolov.
