The Customer Service Centre (CSC) of IDGC of Centre - Smolenskenergo division in the city of Smolensk, on 31 January 2019, received a request from the 85,000th client. It was a resident of the city of Smolensk, Natalia Borisova. She came to the Customer Service Centre to arrange a change of ownership. Yulia Savkina, Head of the Centre, and Vladimir Panfilov, Head of the Customer Relations Department, presented a commemorative gift and certificate to the anniversary visitor.
Every year, the number of requests to the Centre amounts to thousands, which proves the relevance of services and the need for consultation with our specialists. In 2018, 5,918 residents applied to the CSC.
Smolenskenergo’s Customer Service Centre in the city of Smolensk was opened in 2008 and all this time it has been actively developing, offering customers all the new services and new opportunities. Customers who have entered into an agreement with the branch, are confident that all work will be performed efficiently and on time. This is indicated by 307 pieces of positive feedback on the work of the Centre, received in 2018 only.
